We had just moved into our new house, and discovered a leak whilst unpacking the furniture. I a panic I called YourRepair who put us on a plan with them that would get this leak fixed and cover us for any more issues that we were worried may arise. So I had my fingers crossed whilst waiting for the engineer to arrive. When he got here the plumber quickly found the burst pipe and set to work repairing it, this was all done in an hour, a good job well done, and I'm happy to have the cover in place as I know who to go to now if anything else goes wrong.

We had a leak coming from the loft onto our bedroom ceiling. Called YourRepair and spoke to someone very helpful, who sent a plumber round the same day, he found the leak and fixed it quickly, and also gave us some advice on what to do about the stained ceiling saving us having to redecorate immediately. A very good service provided.
