We changed to YourRepair earlier in 2019 and this was the first time they sent an engineer to service our boiler. The appointment was easily made, at a date and time convenient to us. The engineer arrived within the stated timescale, was polite and friendly and did the service efficiently, pointing out that maybe we should put a carbon monoxide alarm in our loft (we have others in the house). Would not hesitate to recommend both YourRepair and the engineer.

Jason arrived between allotted time and carried out our boiler service which met all required standards. I mentioned to Jason that the boiler had been shutting down on 3/4 occasions over the past three months. He said that it needed a new MCB which he reported back on and that would correct the problem. I am still waiting for a call from Your Repair to arrange another appointment to fit the MCB.
