Highly recommended company
Second time I have used this company. This time they came to fix my toilet float valve, which the engineer completed in no time. He was super friendly and left behind no mess. Highly recommended.
Your Repair service
Damen completed the boiler service and was pleasant, communicated well and was very thorough. BIG thank you. Have no issues with Your Repair and would recommend them.
Customer service - at last!
Great service from an enquiry line that has a real person on it and answers quickly. Easy to discuss renewal and as a result stayed with it for a third year. Simple on line application system showing required excess and length of contract and generally good value compared to some greedy others.

We want you to understand exactly what our home cover plans do not include before you apply to join us. We're constantly striving to improve transparency because we know it leads to greater customer satisfaction.
Here is a list of the main things that we can't help with.

Repairing faults caused by limescale, sludge (dirty water contaminated by particles of dirt, rust other debris)
Repairs where your boiler is deemed Beyond Economical Repair (BER), If your boiler is under seven years old and BER we may decide to replace your boiler. If its older and we may pay a contribution towards a new boiler
Repairing pre-existing faults or faults that occur within the first 14 days of cover
Systems or appliances that haven't been installed, maintained and used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and or current regulations or best practice
User tasks which are detailed in your user guide, re-pressurising your system and or bleeding your radiators
Trace and access (work required to locate the fault) this is usually covered by your home insurance (no need to pay twice). Once the problem is found and accessible, we will happily come back and fix it
Systems that are powered by anything other than natural gas
Showers and shower pumps
Upgrades or improvements to your system
Accidental damage if you or someone working in your property causes a fault this should be covered by your home insurance
Non-standard items or parts such as towel rails and underfloor heating. These need specialist parts and engineers, so we'd recommend getting in touch with the manufacturer for advice
Does my home insurance cover me for a home emergency?
Usually your home insurance will cover you for damage caused by an emergency (for example, water damage caused by a leak), rather than the emergency itself. So, while your insurer would cover the big water stain on your ceiling, you'd need a home cover plan to get the leak repaired.
Do I need home cover?
The choice is entirely up to you!
One thing to keep in mind is that getting home cover can help you budget. One small monthly payment from as little as £16 per month will help you to avoid large, unexpected emergency repair bills.
Also, home cover will take the stress and hassle out of finding reliable engineers when you have an emergency. Once you've reported the problem to us, you can sit back and relax with the reassurance that we'll handle it all for you.
Do you cover my boiler?
We service, and repair all makes and models of domestic boilers that are powered by natural gas, with the exception of Potterton Powermax, Britony, Chaffoteaux, Sime, Servowarm and Elm Le Blanc. We do not service or repair: LPG boilers, thermal store boilers, solid fuel boilers, oil boilers, electric boilers, back boilers or dual-purpose boilers.
Will home cover include my plumbing?
Yes, our home cover plans do cover repairs to your plumbing system.
What happens if my home is burgled?
If you've chosen to include home security in your plan, you can report this to us any time, day or night. We'll despatch an emergency engineer to make your home feel safe again until your buildings and contents insurance provider can make a permanent repair.
Which pests are covered?
If you've chosen to include pest control in your plan, we will cover infestations of rats, mice, wasps, and hornets.
When will you send an engineer if I need a repair?
For emergency repairs, our average response time is two hours.
For urgent repairs, our average response time is one working day.
For other general repairs, we will try our best to find a day and time slot to suit you.
Do I need to pay a fee for a repair?
That depends on if you have chosen your cover with or without a fixed fee per repair. If you choose to have cover with a fixed fee, it will mean your monthly payments are less, but you will pay a fixed fee for each repair you receive.
What does my annual boiler service include and how do I book it?
All of our boiler and central heating cover plans come with an annual inspection of your boiler to make sure it's safe and working properly. This includes:
- A visual check of the boiler
- A flue gas analysis & efficiency test
- Removing the boiler cover and inspecting it, if necessary
- Checking and adjusting the system pressure, if necessary
- Cleaning the condensate trap, if necessary
- Checking the boiler is firing up and shutting down safely
- Checking that the ventilation & flue are in accordance with current Gas Safety regulations
When you're due a service, we'll automatically allocate an engineer and they'll be in touch to arrange a time and date that works for you. Once we've carried out your service, we'll put confirmation of this in your online portal.
How do I pay for my home emergency cover?
You can pay for your cover via monthly direct debit. The first payment is made two weeks after the start of your plan and then monthly on or around the same date each month after.
