Great cover with free servicing
Your Repair offered much cheaper boiler cover than I was getting from the manufacturer with the bonus of a free annual service. Gas engineer rings every year, turns up on time and offers a great efficient service.
Excellent unexpected repair on my…
Excellent unexpected repair on my boiler. The engineer (Simon) listened to what I was saying and found and repaired the fault there and then.
With one in five boilers in the UK breaking down each year, it's likely your boiler will need repairing at some point.
Here are some things to consider...
Is your boiler covered by your home insurance?
It is worth checking first if your boiler is covered by your home insurance, however, boiler breakdowns are common and costly and very few home insurance providers will cover your boiler within your home insurance for those reasons.
The cost of boiler breakdown
Boiler repairs aren't cheap - depending on the fault, it can be anything up to £500 or more. Boiler and central heating cover will help ensure you avoid any unexpected repair bills.
One of the many advantages of YourRepair boiler cover is that we take care of everything, saving you time, so you can carry on with day-to-day life. We will send out a trusted Gas Safe registered engineer who'll get you back up and running in no time.
If you are a homeowner and have a boiler that runs on natural gas, then a YourRepair boiler cover plan could be for you. If you don't own your own home, or have a different source of fuel, then you won't get the benefit of boiler cover.

Our comprehensive boiler cover offers genuine value for money and our customers are confident that we'll get the job done when they need us the most. However, there are certain things that our boiler care plans don't include.
We believe it's important for our customers to know all the details before making the decision to buy boiler and central heating cover, so there are no surprises or digging through terms and conditions later.
Here are some of the key exclusions across our range of plans:

When will my cover start?
If you're switching from another provider, your cover will start from the moment you set up the plan.

No - we're happy to cover your boiler no matter its age as long as it's powered by natural gas, in good working order and not on our list of excluded boilers.
Will you fix an existing fault?

That depends on if you have chosen your cover with or without a fixed fee per repair. If you choose to have cover with a fixed fee, it will mean your monthly payments are less, but you will pay a fixed fee for each repair you receive.
What does my annual boiler service include and how do I book it?
All of our boiler and central heating cover plans come with an annual inspection of your boiler to make sure it's safe and working properly. This includes:
- A visual check of the boiler
- A flue gas analysis & efficiency test
- Removing the boiler cover and inspecting it, if necessary
- Checking and adjusting the system pressure, if necessary
- Cleaning the condensate trap, if necessary
- Checking the boiler is firing up and shutting down safely
- Checking that the ventilation & flue are in accordance with current Gas Safety regulations
When you're due a service, we'll automatically allocate an engineer and they'll be in touch to arrange a time and date that works for you. Once we've carried out your service, we'll put confirmation of this in your online portal.
How do I pay for my boiler cover?
You can pay for your cover via monthly direct debit. The first payment is made two weeks after the start of your plan and then monthly on or around the same date each month after.
How long is my boiler cover plan for?
All our plans are 12 month agreements. After this, you can choose whether you want to renew or not.
