My elderly parents are not in the best health, they have needed to use this service on a few occassions, as they have had problems with their heating. On each occassion, they have been given a priority appointment as they are classed as a vulnerable customer. The engineers have always been very good too and gone out of their way to rectify the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone who would like some extra peace of mind.

Potterton boiler making loads of noise and eventually wouldn't continue to fire up. Contacted Yourrepair who sent Steve an engineer to look over it for us. He was great, friendly efficient, but most of all sorted the problem, which turned out to be the pump. Thank you to both YourRepair and Steve.

I am very mipressed with YourRepair HomePlan. I phoned them today to report my boiler not working and was told an engineer would call me to arrange a visit. I got a phone call in under an hour, he told me he would be there in about 3 hours. He arrived, replaced a part and repaired a leak, and also gave the boiler a good check over. Top Marks!

I received a call on Monday from the engineer asking to arrange my first annual review. We arranged for him to come the following afternoon, but he was flexible enough to avoid the school run, as we have to pick up our granddaughter on a Tuesday. He arrived within the given time, explained what he was going to do, did it, asked me if we were having any problems with the central heating system and left, very polite and courteous. If this is what I can come to expect from YourRepair HomePlan, then I would defenatly recommend.

Signed up for a repair and care for my boiler, as I had been trying to find a reliable plumber for days, and didn't want to get caught in the cold (literally) again!! Office were helpful, and genuine and felt relieved straight away, as i'd had 2 plumbers not turn up. Plumber rang to let me know he was on his way. He discovered a leak on a pipe which needed replacing. He arranged to return the following day with the necessary materials. The job was completed the following morning as he told me it would be, and my heating is now working again, hooray!!
