I signed up to the plan, and someone contacted me a week later to arrange for me to have a boiler service and check. This was carried out with minimal fuss and professionalism, Pleased with the service.

The engineer called to let us know he was on his way prior to arrival and then did a good check of my heating system, he put on overshoes when entering the house which i approved of. He was polite and explained what he was checking as he tested the boiler.

As always a very professional service carried out on my boiler. I can rest at ease knowing my boiler is running as it should.

When i moved in with my partner last year, I decided to rent my property out, I decided to take out a landlord cover package with YourRepair. I have set it up so my tenants just call them directly if they have a problem, saving me the hassle, they also have the gas safe record reminders so they will automatically get this done for me as well As I work full time and long hours this really helps. It is still early days, and only had one problem so far, but so far so good.

Easy to book, gas engineer arrived on time, got the job done.

Rang to book a repair as I had a blocked toilet. This is the only toilet in the house, so they got someone out to fix my issue same day. It was unblocked quickly, and without any mess. Very happy with the service.

The engineer was on time, he was very friendly and professional.

I had a leak from a central heating pipe. Helpful engineer came to fix the issue, it was identified and sorted quickly, they followed up to make sure everything was ok.

I had hot water but no heating from my combi boiler. Reported the issue to YourRepair, they arranged for an engineer to visit the following morning. The engineer needed to order a part, as he couldn't get one locally. Although I was a bit gutted was without heating for another night, I appreciated that the engineer kept me so well informed, and came back as soon as he got the part in and got me back up and running.

Came same day and fixed the boiler, cannot fault the service.

The man who took my call arranged a visit for the following day, and a plumber arrived when they said he would, diagnosed the problem, ordered a part, and he returned the following day, once again on time, to fit it. My boiler is now up and running, first time I've had to use the cover, and a great service received.

I had a problem that was reported to YourRepair. Firstly the lady on the phone was very helpful, as was the engineer who came to sort out the problem, he explained everything so that it was easy for me to understand exactly what the problems were. I would have no problems recommending YourRepair.

An annual boiler service is included in the plan I have with them, they contacted me to remind me, which was a pleasant change, as other companies I've been with have just left it for years, and I've had to chase them up to come and service it, they sent a plumber at a time to suit me, he arrived when he said he would. No complaints.

This will be the third year renewing with YourRepair, over this time, I've had to use them on 4 occasions. Each time my call has been handled helpfully, the engineers who have come out have solve the problems reported, overall good service, and yes I would recommend the service.

I've recently moved to YourRepair from another supplier as they have offered me a much better deal. Boiler has been serviced, and the engineer was very nice and friendly. What more can I say - thank you.
