I was sent a renewal from another company I had been using that I wasn’t happy with. I shopped around and found that not only did YourRepair have the best on offer for what I wanted at the right price but the customer service over the phone was better than others I had spoken too, I was given all answers to my questions straightaway. As I was still in the process of checking other places the person on the phone offered a ring back a few days later, which I accepted and decided I was going to buy this cover. I had no hot water or heating. The man I spoke to was very helpful and the engineer contacted me the same day and came out and fixed what she could and I had heating the same day. My boiler is old and she needed to order a part to fix the hot water. She was so helpful and concientious. Can't praise her enough. Thank you
