Easy to understand and comprehend the packages

We moved over to YourRepair following an exorbitant renewal quote from British Gas. YourRepair is featured highly on Money Saving Expert. The reviews speak for themselves. We looked through comparable plans and found the website intuitive and informative. A plan was selected and signed up for in a few minutes. As soon as we had signed up, a notification was received detailing when our boiler would be serviced. All we await now is the Amazon £20 gift voucher, which was advertised as part of the signup process and a nice touch. Very pleased so far and can recommend.

Just got a policy for my mum aswell. Spoke to Oliver in customer services and he was very helpful in setting up the policy.

Very easy to set up

Excellent, old fashioned service, in the modern manner!, Nihad, a very bright gas engineer, worked out the plumbing issues, affecting the tenants’ lavatory flushing mechanism, in a couple of seconds, whilst his phone was ringing nine to the dozen and found the part in the van and fitted it in a few seconds more time. Plus, incredible back up, from Kieron, a top organiser in the Your Repair office, who telephoned me, immediately, after I had cancelled the job and was on the bus, thinking I could do the job myself. He offered to keep the job open, in case I couldn’t fit the part myself, or offer a refund of the excess fee, straightaway. Just the ticket for everybody!

Too soon to evaluate but looking forward to our time together. Joining is simple and straight forward so everything looks good.

I can't really give an accurate review of your service as I only signed up for cover yesterday, but based on price it is very competive.
