Absolutely outstanding customer service today on joining YourRepair. Oliver was so lovely and comical! He also rang me back at the promised time and day to arrange the home care cover. He even remembered that I hate being called by my full Christian name!! Thank you for all your help.

Oliver was very prompt in answering my call. He was pleasant and friendly and answered my questions . The process was easy.
