I already had an account for my elderly mum's house, and I wanted to create another plan for my own property. I went through the process of getting a quote and filling in all of the required details, obviously different address and bank details from the original plan, only to get to the end whereupon the system said I needed to log in to create an additional plan. So I logged in, and went to my account where it says 'my plans' - note this is plural suggesting you can have multiple plans. However, there is nowhere to create an additional plan. I ended up having to phone them, entailing a lengthy time on hold and eventually explained the situation, only to be told that you can only have one plan per email address. Why doesn't it say this anywhere on the website? I ended up having the create an additional email address with my provider solely for this purpose. 'Your Repair' need to make the process of creating multiple plans much clearer and much easier.

Just taken out a breakdown cover including an annual service for my boiler starting February 2023. Was looking for a cover with minimum hassle and of course with a reasonable monthly payment. Pleased with the initial experience. Very polite and all my questions were answered clearly.
