When setting up, Oliver makes everything very simple, is an extremely friendly and pleasant person to speak to, and allows the process to be completed quickly and efficiently. I also raised a repair with them a few months ago and again, the process was extremely streamlined and easy. As a landlord with multiple properties, it's nice having the safety net of Your Repair, so that unforeseen issues that inevitably come up can be handled without stress.
