Outstanding service all around. When setting up, Oliver makes everything very simple, is an extremely friendly and pleasant person to speak to, and allows the process to be completed quickly and efficiently. I also raised a repair with them a few months ago and again, the process was extremely streamlined and easy. As a landlord with multiple properties, it's nice having the safety net of Your Repair, so that unforeseen issues that inevitably come up can be handled without stress.

Easy enough but hard to find the telephone number unless you’ve got an account query. Where’s the emergency cover number or do you guarantee that you read the messages reporting a problem straight away?
