After registering, I had a phone call asking if I was satisfied. I said I was disappointed I wouldn’t have a boiler service until next summer. My last service was November 21. The caller immediately asked his manager if he could authorise a service now. The engineer is coming tomorrow. That’s what I call a brilliant company. Polar opposite to my last company.
