good clear advice on what was on offer

Very simple to set up from a good choice of plans and clear instructions.

The gentleman I spoke to was very polite, no pushing a sale, very helpful and helped me find the boiler and heating cover plan to suit my needs within a few minutes.

Called up to join and the service was brilliant!!

After registering, I had a phone call asking if I was satisfied. I said I was disappointed I wouldn’t have a boiler service until next summer. My last service was November 21. The caller immediately asked his manager if he could authorise a service now. The engineer is coming tomorrow. That’s what I call a brilliant company. Polar opposite to my last company.
