I am new to this service but first time I needed i I was pleased with the communications and hope for a speedy repair

Joining is very smooth. But I cannot comment on service as I haven't started the plan as yet and haven't had to make any claim.

All ok so far, but sign up does not make it clear that a service is only done out of season. So if you sign up in October there is no service until the following September. Rather confusing
