I have been with you for almost 4 years now, your engineer told me he would arrive before 2 pm to service my boiler, he showed up at 3.45 meaning i had to cancel my plans. I know traffic can cause these problems , however a quick phone call to keep me updated would be good.

I called YourRepair HomPlan to log a fault with my boiler on Monday morning, I got a phone call back pretty much straight away saying that an engineer would be attending site that day. I then got a call from the engineer telling me what time he would be there. I was very pleased how well informed i was kept. The engineer turned up on time and said my boiler needed a part, true to his word, he came back the following day with the right part and repaired it. No Fuss.
