Engineer Richard came out today and was good but I did not appreciate the confusion about whether I was covered or not so this delayed process and meant lots of tele calls to you and CET and being told lots of different things which was very frustrating

It was so easy to complete the information required to have my gas boiler insured for 3 years incase of break down.
