Prompt reply to logging my problem, which was a leak on a radiator, an engineer called and arrange to come over the following day, to suit my shift patter at work, Got a call after the repair to make sure all was OK. Yes, I would recommend the service.

Problem resolved without any hassle.

Engineer turned up, no problem with the call out, and the repair was carried out to my satisfaction.

I have an Alpha boiler which shut down and wouldn't give me heating, YourRepair got an engineer over to me withing a few house, and the same engineer returned the following day when the part arrived to fix me up. Friendly guy, and good aftercare.

You had to come and repair a burst pipe in my kitchen, the plumber couldn't locate my stopcock, but still managed to fix it for me, in rather difficult circumstances. Very pleased.

Their customer service team was very helpful when I swapped over to them earlier this week. I tend to ask a lot of questions, so that I fully understand what I'm getting, and they were quite happy to answer everything I asked patiently.

My usually reliable Worcester Boiler failed to heat my radiators, but hot water was still OK. Helpful man rang me back to take the details of the problem, he passed it on to an engineer who called me the same afternoon to tell me he was coming over that same evening. A new timer was fitted there and then to stop the problem, he took the time out to show me how it worked, problem solved.

I had a leaking pipe in the kitchen and then the following day, I had a major leak on a radiator in the lounge (not a good week!). YourRepair sent a plumber out both times, I am delighted and have great confidence that any future problems will be dealt with promptly.

I've got 3 properties that currently have cover with yourRepair HomePlan. They simply do what it says on the lid. They provide a quality service an arrive when they say they will, and get on with repairing the problem.

The plumber phoned before arrival. He checked the manhole and then others to establish where the blockage was located. He then cleared the problem and made several checks to ensure everything was flowing as it should. Well done.

Arrived within a couple of hours and problem solved quickly, no hassles whatsoever.

Within a few hours of reporting my problem the leak was fixed. Lovely plumber, cleaned everything up when he'd finished, great job, one happy lady.

Had my annual service carried out and the engineer discovered that there was a fault on the gas safety valve. So that I wouldn't be without hot water, he rang round to locate a part and installed it the same day, Very polite guy, excellent manner. That's what i call a service!

Rang on a Sunday due to a blocked drain, they sent someone out in under 4 hours, problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes, no mess and no fuss. Excellent.

My elderly parents are not in the best health, they have needed to use this service on a few occassions, as they have had problems with their heating. On each occassion, they have been given a priority appointment as they are classed as a vulnerable customer. The engineers have always been very good too and gone out of their way to rectify the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone who would like some extra peace of mind.
