Easy to complete

This is just review of signup process. All easy & painless via web. Nice feature is select contract start date

Easy to register, I failed to state when I wanted my cover to start from, a phone call to YourRepair soon solved my problem. I was dealt with by a young lady who was very understanding and my cover start date was set. I asked if I could change my plan from one to two years and again that was not a problem.

Short, sharp and quick!

Telephone conversation to arrange heating etc. cover. Carried out in a polite and helpful way.
