5 / 5Very clear and easy to join and everything is upfront except when your first service will be. As previous customers have said the service isn’t until the end of your first year!! It doesn’t mention this until you confirm your policy. I like the option of having no excess and price freeze for up to 3 years. So overall very happy really and cheaper than my previous cover.

The only down side is that after I had signed up I was given a date for my annual boiler service which is 12 months from now just before the 12 months contract is due to end. It is stated that a service will be done within the contract year but I would have expected it to be at the start of my contract to ensure my boiler was in good working order before the winter.

5 / 5This seems rather a silly thing to do at present as I have only just signed up for a policy, but:- the policy seems to offer me comparable service to that of British Gas but at a considerably lower price. For a loyal customer of BG for over 18years their latest quote was just trying it on. I hope "yourREPAIR" do not adopt a similar approach in the future of trying to fleece customers and take them for granted. I also hope that if an emergency arises, the service claimed by "yourREPAIR" lives up to expectation.

4 / 5Haven’t had a repair but after signing up for boiler cover was asked to review the sign up process. It was very easy. My only complaint is that the annual service is at the end of the year and not the start of the plan.
