5 / 5I chose you for the following reasons:- Competitive price, no excess option, Terms & conditions easy to understand and written in plain English, Annual service included, 24/7 repairs. Although our boiler is 12 years old, it has been well looked after with an annual service and as we have a water softener in the house hardly any limescale. Vaillant services are very good but their premium is very high, (overpriced),and has gone up by 20% this year. How do we obtain our annual service?

4 / 5Have only just joined and seems satisfactory so far. However i am concerned that the 'annual boiler check' is due to be done at the end of the contracted year - having moved from another company my check is now due. I will be phoning customer services when they open to discuss this as my boiler will therefore go nearly 2 years without a service. This was not made clear in the information prior to purchase.
