Free Night Away Offer Terms & Conditions

  1. You will receive one complimentary Free Night Away for two adults (“the gift”) when you purchase a new YourRepair product service plan between 08:00 AM 2nd October 2024 and 11:59 PM 8th October 2024.
  2. By default, current or previous YourRepair customers who have held any YourRepair plan within the last 3 years are not deemed as a new customer and are not eligible for this offer.
  3. This offer may be used in conjunction with product service plan purchases via either www.yourrepair.co.uk or via telephone with the YourRepair customer services team.
  4. This offer may be used in conjunction with a quote obtained via various YourRepair approved and appointed third party affiliate websites (excluding The NRLA) on the provision that a subsequent purchase is made for a new YourRepair product service plan.
  5. This offer is not available on any plan which has a £120 call out fee.
  6. This offer is available across both YourRepair landlord and homeowner service plan purchases.
  7. This offer is available across new service plan purchases, for a minimum service duration of 12 months.
  8. Only one gift will be given per purchasing customer, per household.
  9. This offer enforces a 90-day cooling-off period, commencing from plan start date. This offer related 90-day cooling-off period doesn’t affect your statutory rights, in accordance with the standard YourRepair sign-up 14-day cooling off period.
  10. Once you have passed this 90-day cooling-off period applicable to this offer and provided that your payments are up to date, your gift will be emailed within a further 15 working days.
  11. Your gift will be sent via email, to the email address you provided when you purchased your YourRepair service plan.
  12. Your gift email will contain a Unique Booking Code - which allows you to initiate a booking enquiry and a link to the Free Night Away website, allowing you to browse the full, featured UK hotel collection. Booking enquiries strictly cannot be made until you are in receipt of your Unique Booking Code.
  13. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer.
  14. YourRepair colleagues are not eligible for this offer.
  15. No cash or other alternatives are available.
  16. If required, YourRepair reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal value.
  17. This offer is externally administrated and managed by The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) of The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG on behalf of YourRepair. MLP are, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679), the Data Processor.
