Signed up today for home care as was cheaper than renewing with my current supplier and the customer service seems much better. Can only comment so far on how quickly my calls were answered and how helpful and polite they were. I had to call twice just to clarify some things about the service provided. Fingered crossed it’s as good as I expect it will be.
