This rating is for ease of signing up and being able to speak to a call advisor (Oliver) who was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Cannot comment on the repair aspect of service as have not used as yet. Hopefully it will still be 5 stars.

I had issues with signing up on their website, and so I received a call from Oliver offering to complete it over the phone. I was wary as there are so many stories about scams but he was very understanding. The whole process took less than 5 mins. It's great dealing with real people when you don't have to talk to a machine and you don't get passed from pillar to post. Thank you!
