I have just joined your repair, switching from British Gas….. after speaking to an advisor who was very helpful, I took time to look elsewhere then joined on line, it’s a very quick and easy process and immediate cover…. Brilliant so far.

I had my service on 1st June. j What I now need is a piece of paper that confirms this was done. This is a requirement of my home insurance. I've been unable to find an e-mail address or telephone number for this service!!!!!

Fixed the repair eventually, but I now have another fault which the engineer thought could be the pump. It did run for a time but now I have no heating again.

Easy to use website . Also spoke to staff who answered quickly on the phone ...what a revelation that was. They were able to answer my questions and I felt confident . Check terms for what boikers aren't coveted as could get caught out.
