I've not been with YourRepair very long but I am impressed with their customer service. I wanted to upgrade my level of cover so I spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone. She admitted that she hadn't done this process before and asked if I could hold the line. She came back a few minutes later to say that she had done it without a problem. I also like the fact that they have a ringback service so you don't need to stay on the phone a long time.

Had a really bad year with British Gas. They cancelled my service at 8.00 the night before it was due, then had to wait 3 months for the next slot. Arrived serviced it and left my boiler leaking water. Had to get them back after my kitchen floor flooded. My renewal price was £356.88 an increase of £78.32 because I called them out to fix the leak they caused. MyRepair was £203 for the year with a lower excess and very good Trustpilot reviews. I like the setup and the way they operate.

The original price quoted was misleading as for that price there is a call out fee which is only apparent later in the order process.
