Very pleased with boiler service which was carried out efficiently by appointed engineer.

I had a water leak, called Your Repair and somebody came out within 3 hours, they couldn't repair the leak as they couldn't access it my son in law was able to remove boards so they could access it and they came back as soon as we called. Great service.

I am a new customer to yourrepair, when checking out your boiler maintenance contract I found that if I had any queries I could find the answer with just a couple of clicks of my mouse very easy website to use. Was very easy to arrange cover for my house.

I love using the online portal for speed and ease. I used it to make a claim with a faulty light switch and quite to my surprise I had a call back on a Sunday, had the electrician arrive the very next day (albeit later than arranged) and the job was done in a flash. Very happy with the service and speed of the result.

Great deal, very reasonably priced. I was contacted for annual service. The engineers arrived in alotted time, were very polite and efficient.

Have just joined, quick and easy and cheaper than competitors. I was given information that was easy to comprehend. Lorna explained my plan and I was treated in a very friendly manner.

Once correct number found on web site, as unfortunately there was an error on the email received giving the number with a digit missing, the service on the call to set up the account was excellent and informative. Then equally impressive was that the call was answered almost immediately while with British Gas it took 9 minutes 30 seconds to answer the call when cancelling the renewal of my Homecare product.

Very thorough service check. Conducted efficiently and quickly. Notification given when arriving and on time.
