Moved from a more expensive well known national company two years ago and wondered if I was doing the right thing as the price was so much cheaper. Shouldn't have been concerned. my very elderly but perfectly good boiler was serviced by a competent young fitter and he didn't give me the usual guff that british gas always say. that is that its too old for us to work with ( let us sell you a new one). good sevice and communications

Free boiler service carried out today, engineer was very good text me to let me know what time he would be arriving so I wasn't waiting around, he was very efficient and very informative also seemed to have good customer care skills, would highly recommend..

To date, we have only needed a service. The engineer arrived promptly, and put our relatively old boiler through its paces. It passed all the checks, and he noted that it was clean and performed correctly. The real test will be if we are unfortunate enough to have a breakdown.

Very good service

Well, I haven't used it yet, but it looks good; cover for my 20 year old boiler (which has been very reliable, no faults, well maintained) that others will not cover, but try to sell me a new boiler! And all at a very good price. But the real test comes when I need to call on the company's help! - if indeed I do.
