The engineer contacted me to arrange the appointment and kept me updated on his arrival time. He did a thorough and professional job, cleaned up and left no mess. An excellent job and would recommend.

The man arrived on time as arranged and quickly discovered the problem. Had to order part which took two days to arrive. This wasn’t a problem because it was only a small leak. The man phoned this morning to say he had the part and arrived within 30 mins. He was very polite and left everything clean and tidy.
