Very helpful and efficient service

Details of plans available very easy to understand, made it very easy to decide which plan was best for my requirements. Took very little time to select and set up payments for plan. Automated direction to area for setting up account and entering details of boiler to be covered.

Very easy to sign up online. Got a 3 year fixed deal for all our home care that is cheaper per month than the central heating cover alone from one of the big companies.

Had been let down by my previous home care providers, searched the internet and found YourRepair. It was easy to book an engineer, he arrived in 24 hours and offered "no nonsense" advice. Great value for money! My 3 year boiler needed a new part, the engineer fitted and tested within 48 hours. Been with them for the past two years, haven't needed to complain. Always clean up after themselves. Will be renewing my warranty with them. Both myself and my elderly mother feel safe in the hands of YourReview...come winter or summer.

Just signed up for a contract after cancelling British Gas who are now far too expensive. Easy and quick sign up at less than half the price and the same cover.

At the moment they have been quite good callouts of being dealt with fairly quickly the prices are quite good I have full package boiler electric and water
