New to YourRepair we found the joining process very straightforward and clear. Whilst conducting the quote we were contacted by a representative who offered assistance but, refreshingly, did not try any kind of hard sell and it was this helpfulness that prompted us to go forward with the service. The quote itself is very reasonable (amounting to a quarter of what we had been quoted for renewal by our present company) and we have hope of receiving a good service with YourRepair.

The product looks to provide safety for our boiler and central heating system as we have relocated back from New Zealand where heat pumps are nowhere near as complicated. Thank you

Quick and easy to do x thank you

After reciving an astronomical annual service renewal premium I decided to search the market. Due to some specifics of my need I rang YourRepair and was able to get a much mire competitive proposal which I am proceeding with. If the back up service is as good as the discussion I had I will be very happy.

Quick and easy took minutes to get the right cover

Very easy to sort out. Called twice with a couple of questions that were quickly answered. Not held in a queue forever either. Answered immediate. And a far more reasonable price than Homeserve

So far I am very impressed with the customer service when it comes to getting you to sign up and your easy website. But it is not until I need your engineers can I give you a 5 out of 5. Thank you so far.

Easy to get in touch with, great price in comparison to B.Gas and no excess. Hopefully I won't need to use the service bit if I do I hope their call out is just as good.
