5 / 5I had an issue with an internal dripping water isolation tap and a failing ballcock in a header tank. Homeserve refused to cover the ballcock Your Repair turned out within six hours to secure the tap. The ballcock was secured and fixed in place as a temporary measure as a part was ordered. Today is Jan 3 and tomorrow the tap will be replaced followed by the ballcoock when the part is received
