No experience of the service so far, but signing up online today has been v smooth and easy.

I found the initial application not clear regarding the discount and when I received your e mail it quoted the full amount to be paid and did not include The winter discount. When I phoned the lady was very helpful and confirmed the winter discount and altered my service date to suit me. . She also added my wife to the contact .
