great experience joining a Your Repair Home Plus plan. I was in direct communication with someone via the text system to answer questions I had without having to scour the details and T&Cs.

Easy to set up on line. Done today via the Money Saving Expert site. No experience of the company yet but much cheaper than the renewal British Gas quoted (even after a 7.5% discount!!)

The signing up process was easy with each of the care package options summarised well.

I was joining you today. I had an issue with the website when I had an error messages after putting in my payment details but I was very pleased that when I rang, I did not have to wait in a long queue. The person who dealt with the issue was extremely helpful and I was very impressed. However I then did not receive email confirmation if the plan so I sent a message in the Live Chat which again was extremely helpful and the issue was resolved by a subsequent phone call to confirm my email address which had not been recorded correctly. All now seems to be in place so although I had a couple of issues, I am very happy with the way with which they were dealt and I look forward to a good service throughout this contract.
