Items not included in this plan

Taps & toilets or internal & external drains. (To include these select Plan 4 or 5)

Showers and their parts, shower pumps, sanitary ware and sealant.

These boiler models: Potterton Powermax, Britany, Chaffoteaux, Servowarm.

Radiators, water tanks or cylinders that cannot be repaired.

Faults caused by you or someone else you used for repairs.

Pre-existing faults, inaccessible components or system design faults.

Faults caused by sludge, hard water scale or blockages.

Underfloor heating, towel rails, unvented hot water cylinders and non-standard parts.

Damage caused by weather or freezing.

Faults when your home is empty or unoccupied for more than 30 days in a row.

Tasks detailed in your user guide, re-pressurising systems, bleeding radiators, resetting controls or replacing batteries.

Smart or internet connected thermostats or devices.

Burglar alarms, smoke detectors, electrical garage door systems, electrical gates, resetting of circuit breakers.

Electrical “Terminal Ends” (such as light fittings, light bulbs, extractor fans, electric showers, domestic appliances)

What is Boiler Cover?

Boiler cover is designed to give you peace of mind and protect you by covering repairs and the parts required in the event of something going wrong with your boiler. Boiler cover can also cover you for engineer call out costs and labour.

Can I sign up today but choose a future date for my plan to start?

Absolutely! During the checkout process you will have the option to select the date you wish your service agreement to start. Please note: your initial payment will be taken around 14 days after your selected start date. This will then be followed by a further 11 monthly payments taken on or around the same date as your initial payment.

What is the maximum value repair you will complete?

There is no limit on the value of our repairs on any of our plans, providing your appliance or system isn't beyond economical repair.

My boiler is very old, will you still repair it?

Yes, we will service and repair any age of boiler, providing it's powered by natural gas and in good working order when you joined us.

If I book a repair, what are your average response times?

For emergency repairs (uncontrollable water leaks), our average response time is two hours. For urgent repairs (loss of heat or hot water), our average response time is 24 hours. We will try our best to schedule all other general repairs for a day and time slot to suit you.

Do you use new genuine manufacturer approved parts for repairs?

Yes, all parts used are brand new, genuine, and manufacturer approved, where applicable.
