What the problem was:
Customer has a Vailent Ecotech Plus boiler, unsure of age. When you switch the boiler on it makes a rattling noise, and the pressure has dropped on the boiler.

What we provided:
The booking was made by Sarah, an experienced Your Repair Call Advisor. She confirmed the booking via email to the customer that we would be attending site the following morning. We do this because, from our experience, many people are let down by tradesmen not turning up when they say they will, and we try and re-assure our customers that we will.

On arrival, the experience breakdown engineer diagnosed the fault as the pump. This was one of the earlier Vailent models, and the new pump was not in stock at any of our suppliers. However, if something is not in stock, we aim for next day delivery from our suppliers, to ensure the best possible service for our customers.

The pump was ordered, and due to arrive the following morning, so a second visit was arranged for the following day by the Call Advisor.

The pump was fitted and boiler was up and running and working correctly.

The invoice was sent the following day by our administration department, payment was then taken following customer confirming satisfaction of work completed.
